Colin Watts ought to win the salesman of the year title! He was super knowledgeable about the Qashqai we’re considering purchasing. He guided us through all the choices available, spending nearly two hours with us as we checked out five specific cars. Ultimately, we decided on the black 63 plate. This was my first and last time buying a car. Sure, they act all friendly when you're making a purchase, but if you run into any issues with your vehicle, their communication is just awful. We brought the car back multiple times because of a noise that sounded like grinding, but they just brushed us off every time. Getting a callback takes at least a day since you have to go through a call center. You can't even talk directly to the dealership where you bought the car (Norwich).

They were also quite condescending, assuming that just because we're older, we don't work. When I asked for a loaner car so they could take a closer look at our vehicle, the customer service rep said that only working folks need loan cars!

I'm really let down, not just by the car itself, but even more by Car Shop. I've seen good reviews from folks who are happy when they buy a car, but heaven help you if you have an issue. They seem to want to avoid any responsibility because fixing your car cuts into their profits.

We've decided to go to our local garage, which we trust, to figure out what's really wrong with the car. In the meantime, we're not satisfied with our purchase at all. Major buyer's remorse here.

I'm really pleased overall; the car is just right (at least for now). The only bummer was the long wait to get assistance, but aside from that, everything's been great. The team is super friendly and ready to help. I would totally recommend this place.

When we visited the store in Cardiff, Liam Jones was the one who assisted us. He was super friendly and really supportive, and we never felt any pressure whatsoever.

I walked into Carshop and was greeted by Leon, such a wonderful young guy. He was incredibly helpful and kind, taking extra care of me since I'm from the older crowd. I also met Jamie, another great young man who handled the finance side of things; he was very detailed and really knew his stuff. I’ll surely recommend this place to my friends and family. Lewis in collections was super helpful too.

Felipe did an awesome job as a salesman. He was super patient while we checked out a few different cars. We really appreciated that he wasn't too pushy; if a salesman gets too aggressive, we usually just walk away. Overall, we're really pleased with how he handled everything today. Thanks a bunch!

Jack was an awesome sales rep. Super helpful and laid-back. He made me feel really at ease and comfortable. He was quite informative. He paid attention to exactly what we were looking for. You can tell he enjoys his job, and I’d definitely recommend not just Carshop but also Jack as the sales rep. I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else now.
